These terms and conditions apply exclusively to customers who purchase products from the Magic Sod website. Our shipping policy is outlined below.

Processing Time

Orders require 24–48 hours for preparation and handling. This timeframe represents pre-shipping processing time.

While most orders are prepared quickly, please allow adequate time during high-volume periods. Once processed, orders are dispatched for shipment.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days.
However, shipping timelines may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

During peak periods or unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Shipping Days & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday

  • Orders are not shipped after 5:00 PM

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

  • Deliveries may be delayed during national or public holidays

International Shipping

Magic Sod is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or detained by customs or regulatory authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws and regulations prior to placing an order.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Orders below this threshold may be subject to standard shipping fees.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers may monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier using the provided tracking number.

Returns & Return Shipping

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be returned in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued minus applicable shipping charges

Change of Shipping Address

Address changes requested after order confirmation may result in:

  • Processing delays

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed or prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.

Customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address

Magic Sod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Our team will attempt to contact you

  • If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be:

    • Returned to inventory

    • Marked as completed
